I recently have been in Paris. I will try to mention about my trip. I spent 4 days there. I visited over the thirty places. Some of them were historical, others were modern buildings, shop centers, churches, museums etc.

I am gonna narrate about some of them as much as i can. During my adventure, I got chance to speak to people all around the world while i was taking photos, in the queue even on the subway. To be frank, I loved those people, because all of them were very nice.

To someone who don't know about Paris, here i am at the end of the park which starts in front of the Eiffel Tower. I saw these interesting poles which contains japanese and arabic articles.

It was a nice morning walk throughout of the green park while i could hearing the voice of the birds. There were some other people who were on a picnic while others were jogging. As to me, roaming around was the best.

Visiting Louvre Museum was the first thing I had in Paris.

You can not believe your eyes how enormous statues, pictures, paintings, sculptures, rugs, monuments and countless stuffs are waiting for you to be seen.

The museum is insomuch as big that it is almost impossible to visit all the stuffs.

I could only walking for 4 hours and there were plenty of things I couldn't be able to see due to the lack of my time.

I couldn't hide my astonishment when I was looking those masterpieces.

In that time, some questions attacked my mind that how could they painted or created the stuffs, how could they were gathering all the things together.

Being there was totally unbelievable and badly effecting upon me.

Notre-Dame Cathedral was located in the middle of a small but cute island which splited by two branches of the Sen River.

I went inside and walked throughout it. It was like the other churches I visited formerly.

To be frankly, I didn't get much hymn spirit during the time I spent there.

I don't know why but i guess It is because I am a muslim and I am not so much interested in Christianism and beside that I don't know sufficient knowledge about it.

I was mostly interested in the architectural structure of it.

Outside of the building attracted me and of course I went on top of it.

The price was 8 Euro for the people who want to go on top and watch the scenery of the city.

There were some kind of interesting statutes on the balcony of the Cathedral.

All in all, This place is worth to be being and it is one of the most important touchstone of Paris.

This bridge is behind the Louvre Museum is a place where lovers often come over.

These locks are the symbol of their commitment to each other.

I think, this is a custom of Europian because I saw similar bridges in Spain, Italy, and Holland too.

Les Halles is once used the biggest mall of Paris.

The cafes and restaurants around it had been serving all night and day whole week.

People could come there whenever they want to eat or drink whatever they want.

However, the reason I went there was to see this cute statue which is located in front of a church.

I took tour by this Batobus throughout the Sen River and manage to see most of the historical places I have already visited or the rest I wanna be there.

It took approximately 30-40 minutes.

The Price was ( for Adults: 14, for Students: 9 Euro )

That Church was located on top of a hill. This church had been praying day and night for 126 years.

I returned to my country 3 days ago. It was a long journey we had which lasted approxımately 5 months.

Yes, we traveled alot, we saw a lot of dıfferent cıtıes, countrıes, cultures, people etc. But you know what; I mıssed my home, my famıly, my frıends, my hometown, the wonderful delıcıous meals especıally the ones my mum cooks.

I finally manage to get all of them. my mum cooks whatever ı want:). I am totally enjoy wathing and observıng my hometown's people. They are supper dupper enjoyable when they are speaking. when they are jokking at each other even when they are getting angry.Sometimes they are also being ridiculous. I love my hometown and those people No matter what type of they are.

Aside of my hometown, I got lots of visitors nowadays. My relatives come to our home to see me. They are all nice people. Thanks to Allah, He granted me with all kind of beauties.

HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM MADRID CITY

This is gonna be my first entire for 2011. That is why, firstly I would like to wish you a great year. Happy new year to all my readers.

As you know Christmas is very importmant for europian and some of the other countries. Well, as for me, I took the advantage of the Christmas even though it is not so important for me.

Seyhan and I have been travelling arround Europe. We have been to Rome, Venice, Vatican which is actually a small country located in Rome city of Italy. Plus we have been to Marceille, one of France city and finally we are here in Madrid, the capital city of Spain.

I summarized my journey above. I am gonna tell more and more about each of them later on. I am at a hostel right now kinda tired and sleepy. Before I go to my bed,I wanted to drop a short line.

STARTING TO DO INTERNSHIP IN RACING SANTANDER FOOTBALL TEAM

Today was one of my good days. I said good because I have done something which I haven't done before. It was that we started to internship as intern physiotherapists in the Racing Santander Sport Club which is belong to Super League.

Seyhan and I went to the sport club in the morning.Before we went there, we had already searched about the way and the location.By the way, I would like to tell the ways we are searching places when we want to go somewhere. First of all, we must know the advantage of the internet which is blessing for us and leads as a guide. We open GoogleEarth, search for cities, places, hostels, restaurants, simple what we need. Anyway, let's go back to the topic.

when we arrived the club's place, football players haven't come, yet. Firstly we met the doctors of the team and they introduced each other to us. For the first day, we just observed and got some information about the players' problems from Physiotherapist.

At the end of the day, I got some tips about how we are gonna work and what kind of treatments or techniques we need. I am really excited to be a part of a team as a health personnel.

It is about 4am and I am in my bed right now and watching LIE TO ME. In the midle of the tv serial I wanted to drop some a short line here on my blog which I haven't written a tinny entire for a long time.

I think the main reason which made me stop to blogging is facebook. You know it is something almost everyone of us stuck with that page. Maybe it is more easy to share something via it while you can also chat with your buddies.

Do I need to keep writing or stop? I am not so sure about the answer. I keep writing and posting my photos for years.They all were like my footsteps behind me. I will think seriously about to find the answer. Maybe that time I will keep continue.

This was the third day of my life in Santander City in Spain. We had already applied for erasmus Orientation Programme for a couple of months ago before We came here.

First day was we met the other Erasmus students who came from different parts of the world. Most of them were Europian. Everybody were curious to know each other including us.

Hello people!

Here I am in Santander City of Spain. Now i will make a short line to tell you about my feeling. I had been in my hometown before I came here. I wanted to spend Eidu-l Fitr with my family and relatives. There were lots of things about it that I am going to tell you in my next entire.

As I have already mentioned before, I wanted to come to Spain to spend an educational semester with my friend Seyhan. We firstly flied to Barcelona and then came to the Santander City. Right now i am in the coch staiton. We are going to rent a house tomorrow.

To my first observing: this city is cute. The population of here much more older than my country. I was shock when i saw too many dogs in that city. I have learned that most of family have their own puppies.

The other thing is almos everywhere you can see graffities. Their walls are colorful with interesting graffiti.

HECTIC LIFE

I feel extremely less motivated to update my blog.Currenly, I am in Istanbul city to do my second internship in a private Phsical Therapy clinic. It has been real hectic life here in Istanbul. We faced some dormitorial problems. Thanks to Seyhan's brother, he lets us stay in his home for a couple days. Beside the internship, I work at hospital. I will mention about all details when I have much more time.That's all for today.

IZMIR CITY and INTERNSHIP ın BALCOVA THERMAL HOTEL

I have been to Izmir City due to doing my internship. We have heard there is a nice hotel which is the best serving about some kind of desease. So Seyhan and I chose that one for our internship.

We only observed and got some clues about their treatment technics and helped to our supervisors, for the first two days.

We work out some special deseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. Most of our pateints were Norwegian. We communicated in English with them.

There were many departments; Electrotherapy, Individual Gym, thermal pool therapy, massage, fluid therapy and the like.There were 20 physiotherapists who were very experinced. I generally worked in individual Gym with 8 patients in a day. Besides, I have some electhroterapy patients.

Here I am with my patients and with my supervisor.Those photoes were taken the last day of our internship.They really thanked me with their deep heart.

This is the way which goes to the thermal hotel clinic.I saw many people were jogging along way the path in the morning. Most of them were old but I appreciated their efforts because they were doing sports while the others were still sleeping.

MOVING OUT

Today's topic is about finishing the educational year and moving out the city.

We were busy about our last exams for a week. I have already known my exams result. Thank God I passed all my subjects with flying colour. We gave some gifts to our lecturers on the last day of the school.As I already mentioned beforly that we are going to Spain on September.So we are not going to see them for a year.

The second thing was about our moving out Kutahya city. We picked up all of our belongings/stuffs and put them to one of our friend's home.That chapter of our life end and we are here in Izmir City to do our internship. Next entire will be about izmir city and our internship.

KINGDOM OF THE WINDS

Today's topic is about a Korean drama I watched during my spare times for the last past days.

The Kingdom of the Wind is a story about Muhyul, and the third king of Koguryeo who was also called the god of wars. Muhyul is the grandson of Jumong but was born with a supposed curse to kill his parents, siblings, son, and destroy the country. His father, King Yuri, was horrified by this prophecy but couldn’t get himself to kill his own child. So he orders his elder son, Haemyung, to take baby Muhyul outside the palace to live as a commoner who doesn’t know anything about his true identity. Through the course of 36 episodes, Muhyul goes through many trials and tribulations to defy his nefarious fate, and eventually emerges as a powerful king.

I appreciated Song Il Gook's acting ability. I have known him from ' Emperor of the Sea' I came across the script of that drama a few times before I made my decission to watch this one. I loved the battle scenes, conspiracies, political intrigue, and assassination plots.

ESKISEHIR CITY-PART 1

I went to Eskişehir City along with Seyhan. There was a problem about our school fees. We have sued the university administration. We paid their school fees but the University Management gave us an extra fees plan which showed we must pay much more money. They said they didn't notice our total fees the day we enrolled. I can not belive they did such a lame mistake and they want that money back. I phoned my cousin who is a judge. I negotiated my situation with him and he recommended me to open a law suit. So I did.

Anyway. Since we went to Ekisehir City to compleate the mission I mentioned above, We also traveled arround the city. The sceneries were awesome. It was a nice spring day we spent.

Hello everybody! Today's topic is the Kutahya City. First of all, I would like to tell that it's been 2 years that I have been here. It is a small town with low population. The reason I give you information is to make some idea about what kind of city that I have been living in.

I am actually not so interested in that city. It is maybe I used to live in big cities or metropolitans. I don't even go to discover the new parts of that city. Anyway, Lets talk something different.

Last week İbrahim, Sehyan's elder brother, came to Kutahya. In fact, we took him here from Istanbul.He is studying nutrition in Halic University in Istanbul. This is his freshman year.

I took him to our University campus. He had a problem about his neck.Our Assosiate Proffessor examined his neck. Thanks to him that He showed some new osteopatic technic to us while he was treating.

There are some photoes which were taken arround the campus. We have a small lake inside the campus. Sometimes When I have free time, I walk arround it.

KUTAHYA CITY-PART 2

There is a nice authentic coffee place which located under the mountain of Kutahya. I love the decorate of that place. Being there and drinking their semovar tea gives us tranquility. I took Ibrahim and Seyhan to that place. We spent almost 2 hours there. I am a kind of person who wants to serve well enough to my beloved friends. It is because they are the meaningful stone of our life.Hopefully I could make him happy as much as I could.

KUTAHYA CITY-PART 3

We have been in the Kutahya Fortress in our third day. To be honest I have never been there before, I just once tried but that time there was a heavy rain so we couldn't manage to go untill the top. Seyhan lead us to there,because he already has been there for a few times. The view was breathtaking from the top of the fortress.

The last thing I want you to know about Kutahya is the VASE. It is located in the centre of Kutahya. In other words, every ways go to the VASE in that city. That is all for today.

OSTEOPATHY CONFERENCE

I have been in Istanbul City to attend a conference about Osteopathy. The reasons why I was there were to learn more about the paths which I am going to spend the rest of my life. As I have already mentioned before, I am still thinking about chosing a spesific way of Physical Therapy.

Attending those kind of conferences or congress lead me to know the experiences of the people who are in their spesific ways. Let me give you an example. Pediatric Rehabilitation, If you are a kind of person who you like work with kids, teach them something, communicate them with their stages,etc. It is the best thing for you to work on that field. There are several fields like that. About me, the progress still goin on and at least I narrowed those fields for myself.

I met some people whom I have already heard their name, I talked to some of them to ask for if they will let me do my internship in their clinics. They showed their kindness to me and accepted my offer. Hopefully I am goin to do my summer internship in the one of their clinics or hospital a months later .

3rd physiotherapy student congress

I would like to tell you something about a congress which I paticipated in 2 weeks ago. This congress was held in Istanbul organized by the students. We took part in with 30 students from our university.

Hanging posters in the convention center,the preparation of the gifts given to guests, for such Works My friend , Rıdvan and I went to Istanbul from a few days before the date of the congress.

20 academics and 200 students from 20 different universities had participated.

First day, in the morning session,the students presented.They told us the positive and negative side of their universities. We have the opportunity to know their universities situation and compare to our educational condition.Hey, I can openly say that we've a lot of facilities and our school was better than most of them.

During the afternoon session, the most beautiful presentations were made by some academics from different universities. They were about undegraduate education, theoretical training, practical training, clinical application, being investigator and post-graduate training.

To be honest I was interested in that section more than the previous part.It was because I am still thinking to choose a spesific major which I am going to study further.

In the evening a gala dinner held at the beautiful bosphorus venue.

Participation was very high. Foods were eaten, photographs were taken and we scattered to our homes in the wee small hours of the night.We also enjoyed singing.

The second day, Under the title of the career days, some physical therapists have followed the presentations. Those subjects were processed: Sports physiotherapy, cardio pulmonary therapy, pediatric therapy, geriatric physiotherapy, orthopedic physical therapy, physical therapy in public health, cancer physiotherapy, physiotherapy in occupational health.

My favorite topics were orthopedic physical therapy and sporst physictherapy. I think these two fields fit on my nature and hopefully I will do phd in one of two fields. We will see what future show us.

A boat trip was made in the bosphorus. Some of the students attended. It took 2 hours. It was very enjoyable. We went back to the host university which organized all the things for us and had our lunch. That lunch was the last thing about the congress.

This congress was very meaningful for me. Because my roommate Rıdvan was vice-president of that congress .Once we were the students at the host university and we were educated for a year. I was very happy to see my old teachers and friends. I once again understood that I pursue a good career and I highly proud of it.

FAREWELL TO KUTAHYA FOR A FEW DAYS

I am now so tired and I couldn't rest yet.About my tiredness, It was our exam week and I took 7 exams within 5 days. That means I spent most of my time for studying, revising even memorazing. There were increadiable note sheets. My head kinda blowing up right now.

At least, it is over. It is time for me to work. So I am going to be in Istanbul for 9 days. I am going to spend half of the time for working and the rest is going to be for a conference. It will be an amazing conference because we are going to organize it, my previous University will be the host one and we are going to be team leaders.

BIRTHDAY BOY

Time flies so fast and we all growing each seconds. I still remember clearly the days I was a tinny child, then I grew up and went to school, then high school, then working life, then university life. Almost everyone of us goes through those stages.

There was a gathering for my birthday. I am 27 years old now. Most of people thinks that they wanted to go back to their earlier ages but I don't. I can say simple that I am a happy person who love his background and the time I am living in.We must keep on our happiness an tranquility, No matter what happens, no matter where we are, no matter what condition we are in.

My juniors invited me to dinner. The main meal was a traditional food which called Kısır. It is very popular among the vomen. When some of them get together, the host family cook this meal.You know it is not a main dish just it is snack-bar. Anyway, we had fun together.

The weather is getting warm nowadays. That photo was taken in somewhere of the campus.I have time off this semester and I use it for my own health. I keep going fitness centre and swimming pool. I have been losing my weight inch by inch. It makes me happy and comfortable. I suggest you to do sport regularly. I know some of you maybe will say that ' we don't have time for it' but don't ever forget that the best richness is having a healty body. So just do it.

CARDIAC CLASS

We went to the university hospital to attend our cardiac class. We learned how to take the ECG ( Electrocardiogram ) It's a kinda graphic record of electrical pulses given off by the heart created with an electrocardiograph.

It was actually funny because almost everyone of us did something. One took the time,one took the pulse rate, other write the results on a paper, other took blood pressure. We took some photoes with our Associate Professor.

I admit that I love him so much because I have been learning many things about my job from him. He is the one who helped me to love Orthopedic, Cardiac and Pulmonary rehabilitation. May Allah make him very happy forever.

APPLYING ERASMUS AND PASSING OVER THE FIRST STEP

I want to drop the bombshell that I am going to Spain a few months later. Now I am going to tell you the story behind of it.

There was an international exchange student programme which called Erasmus. I aplied for it with my romemate,Seyhan.We went through thick and thin to prepaire ourself about the two english exams; writing and speaking.

We almost practiced everyday about 3 hours and I taught him grammar as far as I could. I actually thought it will be an easy english exam but I was wrong. Don't get me wrong, I am not telling that my english is supper dupper. As you can see there are still a lot of grammatical mistakes through my entires.

The result has already come out and We passed the exams with flying colour. It will be the first time that I am going to have abroad experience in my life. To be honest, I am excited for it because we are going to be paid everymonth regularly by our university. We can say that it is a kinda schoolarship. Hopefully Allah will show his grace upon us and make our dreams come true.

Now we are just waiting the invitation from the host university and then We will apply for passport and visa. We will wait and see what our lord will show us.

CRANIOSACRAL RYTHM

We participated in a program which was about OSTEOPATHY. The first section was about craniosacral therapy. I will explain simply what kind of therapy is it.

Craniosacral therapy is the rythm of cerebrospinal fluid. You put your two hands arround the head of a patient and feel the rythm like as his/her head bones opening just like a flower's bloom. Actually, you can feel that sentiment from all parts of the body, but it is not an easy thing for the first time. Because there are two other feelings; respiratuary and circulatuary rythm. You may first learn what is the differences betwen them. Other ways, your threatment won't work.

Head of our department presented a presentation about Cerebrospinal fluid which containes some basic anatomic knowledge about head and spine. The conference divided into 3 section and between each section we made practice what we have learned.

We spent a few couple of hourse on it and it was totally worth attending. The next program will be about radiology. We are going to learn how we can read x-ray pappers.I am looking forward to joining.

NEW LIBRARY 1

This is the new libray of Dumlupınar University. The previous one was soo small and inadequate. I keep coming here almost everyday when I have free time. You can find almost about anything what you are seeking for.

Library was made in the form of a shopping center.As you can see through the photoes there is even an artificial waterfall. The water sound makes me so relax while I am studying there.

The bad thing I didn't like about that library is that there is not a canteen inside. I meant When I thursty or feel hungry I must walk arround the campus to find a canteen and get whatever I need.

DUMLUPINAR UNIVERSITY THERMAL SWIMMING POOL

I have a new habit nowadays that I insist to go to swimm. There is a big thermal pool in our university.There is not only a swimming pool but also has a turkish bath and a sauna. Since it is belong to the university the price is pretty cheap. I go there frequently, 3 times in a week. It makes me relax and confortable.

The good thing I love about the pool is there are not so many people when I am there. I think most of the students still don't know there is a thermal pool inside the campus.

ı would like to say something about the movie which I have watched, Recep Ivedik 3. The main character is a guy who is a fat,fearsome-looking and extremely funny. He is also clumsy. He tries to get a sutiable job with a help of girl in that episode.

It was the funniest movie that I have watched lately. I laughed out loadly all the way the movie. Every Turkish has a parts of Recep's, the main character, from that reason thousands people has already watched the movie.

In my oppinion, this is the best one of the series because I have already watched the first and second ones. I recommend you to watch his movies, I am sure you will laugh and feel happy after watching them.Watch it especially if you are not in a good mood, just like I did.

Iso came to Kutahya today. He has some problems about his subjects and came to ask our professor if he can do something for him. He didn't have much time so that he went to our university without us.

After that we just could meet. I actually wanted to cook something for him and let him to stay with us for tonight but he said he had to go back to his city,Denizli where he studies.

His mood wasn't so good because of the schoolar problems.His exact problem was that he couldn't get 2 subjects for this semester so that means he is not going to graduate on time if there isn't any other ways.

We tried to cheer him up and thanks God at least we managed it. That meeting was memorable for three of us.

I went to the unviversity and enrolled for the educational semester. I got seven classes for this semester which I am gonna list below.

I think we won't enter the whole classes for this week. Generally the first week is for preparation so that I am going to spend my time at home. I keep stay at home, I don't go outside if it is not necessary due to the cold and snowy season.

I addicted to watch Dr. House M.D instead of Korean drama. I have just finished 10th episode of 5th season. I recommend you to guys. Watch it and I am sure you will enjoy about medicine or health association.

SOMETHING ABOUT MY HOMETOWN AND MARDIN CITY

Hello everybody!

I want to drop something about the days I spent in my hometown.

I stayed in Diyarbakır City for 19 days. We had guests almost everyday.Visiting one of our relatives is a habit for us. So during those days I almost saw whole of my relatives. It was really supper dupper feeling to see them after a long period of time. You migh feel the same sentiment if one of you lives far from his family and his/her belowed friends.

I also have been in two cities; Mardin and Batman. I have already mentioned about my Batman Trip from the previous entry. About the Mardin trip; I went there with one of my childhoodmate who appointed to a village of Mardin City as an imam. I still remember clearly those days when we were learning about arabic language and islamic knowladge. I can read almost every arabic essays but I can not understand that well. I sometimes miss those days.

Let't get back to the topic,I stayed in that village for 2 days. I loved the villagers so much. They showed their respectful to us. We prayed together in the mosque where my friend Abdullah started to lead them as a religious leader.

BATMAN CITY AND HASANKEYF

I had an opportunity to go to Batman City to visit my elder sister. It took an hour by bus to reach there from Diyarbakır, my hometown. She was expecting me to see her because she has a baby that’s why she couldn’t come here. I stayed 2 days there.

The second day, I took them to the historical city which named Hasankeyf. The main characteristic on that ancient city was that there were hundreds houses and caves which were made by rock. You can see them from the photoes I took that how they are magnificent.

Luckily the weather was good. I mean, at least it wasn’t a rainy or snowy day since we are in winter season. It was first time my elder sister has been there. To me , I have already been there before but it was really long time, maybe 10 years ago.

There is a rumor that some people say that city will going to sink when the government make a dam arround that area. Of course , I don’t support that idea because it is one of our historical place. Don’t get me wrong I am not oppose the building dams it is just they can find another place to build it.

All in all, It was great memory I had with my elder sister and our cute nephew Furkan.

We participated in a conference today which lasted for 2 hours. The conference was divided into two parts.

First part was about the history of Phisical Therapy and Rehabilitation. A sophomore student presented about it. His presentation was pretty interesting.

Our belowed Associate Professor Mr. Cımbız presented about the occupational problems of Physical Therapy and it lasted with some points of solution for the second part.

I was very happy to attended the conference with my homemate, Seyhan.

That photo was taken 6 days ago, in the morning on monday.

It was a stressful week for me because I took 4 quizes. All of them were about how rehabilitation we must do about pulmonary, orthopedic and occupational problems. Each of the quizes only took 6 minutes.Within that short period we must write the most sensitive points about the ilnesses to our paper. Luckily I did well with help of Allah.

Apart from studying, I mostly spent my time at home because the weather was terribly cold as you can see from the photo above.

I keep watching Korean Drama when I was free at home. The last one was IRIS. I have already watched 18 episodes and just there are 2 more left. I am going to mention about it when I watch the rest two.

I am going to be at home during the next week because there are 3 practical exam waiting to be done. That is all for today, see you till the next time.

THE DAY IN ISTANBUL

I have been in Istanbul for a day, last week.It was just a break day for me and seyhan before the quizes week. We had shopping. I bought a nice bag from Adidas Store. it is really a cute bag.As you probably know I always carry my bag when I go to outside. I love bags especially the sport ones.

We also went to cinema. The tickets were a little expensive.

About the movie, 2012.

I liked the scenes with the destruction of cities.Even the scenes more exaggerated. They make the movie extend. The last parts of the movie could be shorter.The gigantic techno ships were fantastic.

That movie reminded me the story of Prophet Noah.

5th CONGRESS of ASSOCIATION of SPORTS PHYSIOTHERAPISTS ( with international participant )

I attended a conference last month with 4 of my friends to represent our university. It was performed and lasted 3 days in Ankara, the capital city.

The title was LIFE IS MOVEMENT: HEALTH and PHYSICAL ACTIVITY. According to the title, there were some presentations about Social or daily physical activity. As some of you might agree that the new world system makes people less activity in daily routine life. No matter what kind of life style we have, we must do activities at least 10 minutes in a day. It will keep us fit and protect from ilnesses such as arthritis, osteoporosis and the other musculoskeletal diseases.

I loved that conference so much, because I got many ideas about being a therapist of a sport club. It could be a football club, basketball or any kind of sports club.

I met some sport therapists there and I got some ideas from them. Some of the ideas were good such as going abroad with sporters, knowing the famous people, working with big teams and the monetary issue is good,as well.

On the other hand, it is hard to be a good husband or dad to your wife and family. Because you must to be with sporters when they need you. You must do a lot of sacrifices. It is possible you leave your belowed people for some period of time due to training of players.

Aside from the conference, I visited my uncles and aunts. They live in Ankara. They invited me to dinner.I spent 2 nights there.I love to be with them whenever I go to Ankara.

All in all,It was 3 marvelous days I spent in Ankara.

I organized this year’s meal with Seyhan and Abdullah by the name of Active Physiotherapists Club.

We found a nice restaurant where you can eat many delicious homemade cooking with low prices.

There was a topic we paid atttantion that We didn’t want close friends sit beside each other because the purpose of our meal was being together and knowing the other students especially knowing the new comers, the freshman year students.

The FORTY RULES OF LOVE

40 years old woman Ella Rubinsten with three kids who never fall in love starts reading a book which is about ‘ Forthy Rules About Love’ Actually it is a kinda job for her reading and translating that book for a novel compay which she got a job from. At the begining of the reading, she wasn’t curious enoughly and even she thingking it is not suitable book for her intellectual capacity. But as she insists reading that book, it effects her so much day by day. You know there is a verse we use ’I read a book and it chanded my life’ That phrase simply decribes her.

Ella Rubinsten is an unhappy, knowing her husband cheating on her but she pretents she doesn’t know that fact due to saving her marriage. She thinks if they discuss that topic maybe her husband will go divorce.

In the middle of reading the book, she suddenly makes a decision to know the author of that novel and she begins write emails to the writer. So the neverending relationships begins...

There are several chapters about several characters in the book. The above is one of them which tells about Ella Rubinson and the Author Aziz Zahara.

The book actually tells about the love between Mevlana Celaleddini Rumi and his Congenial Friend Shamsi Tabrizi who lived in 13th century.

Melana, comes across with a man who will chance him and impact him so deeply for the rest of his life. Mevlana is an İslamic Derwish who is like an imam, who has a lot of students, who is respectfull, who has thousands followers come to the mosque to listen his preach.

what about Shams.... He is completely opposite of Mevlana. He is stubborn, no one shows his/her respect to him. He has a sharped-tongue. He doesn’t care if his speech will break the persons whom he talk. The common thing is that he is a derwish too. ( derwish means the person who devoted hisself in islam, who lives for Allah, who doesn't care too much about worldly things.)

On the other side, Shams is very influential. He is a great teacher. He says ‘ he comes to the world just for changing a man's life'

Mevlana comes from a rich family, He always been in a good condition, So many people talk about that issue. They thinks Mevlana can not figure what is the meaning of the hunger or poverty. That is why Shams theaches him how poverty is, how being a poor is, even He sends Mevlana to a pub to know how is the condition of those kind of people. Mevlana loves his books too much but Shams throws away all of his books. It is because nothing important for them except LOVE. The HEAVENLY LOVE.

I read that book within couple of days. I finished most of it at the hospital while I was working, I mean when I have free time at the hospital.

When I finished it I wanted I have a friend like Shams. Maybe it is because we all have a blank space in our heart just like Mevlana had. Maybe we all will search our Shams during our lifelong.But the line is clear.HEAVENLY LOVE. It is all we need.

HIGH SPEED TRAIN

Seyhan and I are going along with the High Speed Train Departure from Eskişehir City to Ankara.( our capital city )

The High Speed Train was really comfortable as we heard about it.

Hostess, cleaning, interior design and 255km to go fast in a short time with a low cost accessibility terms seems to be the seat of the bus companies.

You can follow the route of the train and see the current speed as well by the LCD Screen in front of you. On the other side, you can listen music throughout your journey from the song box which is inserted at the edge of the seat. Of course if you have an İpod just like I have that time your journey can be much more comfortable.

If one day you want to go to Ankara from Eskişehir I recommend you do not get on the bus.Just try the train I am sure you will enjoy with your journey.

I have almost been in all those classes.Aside from studying, they seem so enjoyable.It is because the contents of them are similar to the previous year. We are familier them from last year but this semester we are going to make things much more clear, learn ilnesses better,to make improve our therapy skills, to learn different ways, to learn some new approaches of rehabilitaion,new apects of the treatment.

That's why our Associate Professor gives us permit to take videous when he has been teaching in the class or in the practice hall. We all are greatfull to him.

I want to drop a short posting.Eid goes supper dupper up to now. We had many guests and visitors today.

I went to mosque for Eid prayer and went to the cemetery to visit my father's grave.
Then I visited my grandmother, aunts, uncles and here I am here at home. The feeling is supper, the meals are delicious, the preparations is awesome.

LAYLAT-AL QADR FROM the GRATEST MOSQUE OF DIYARBAKIR

The Quran says : "Surely We revealed it (the Holy Quran) on the grand night. And what will make you comprehend what the grand night. The grand night is better than a thousand months. The angels and Gibreel descend in it by the permission of their Lord for every affair, Peace! It is till the break of the morning." (97:1-5)

Laylat-al-Qadr, is one of the holiest nights which falls on the 27th of Ramadan. The odd days starting from the 19th of Ramadan onwards are also of same importance. It is when the Quran-e-pak was revealed. The exact date is not certain therefore, muslims tend tu pray more in the last 10 nights (especially odd nights) of Ramadan

I want to tell about the day and the night of the Lailat-ul kadr.

I took my mum, sister and brother to the a restaurand for breaking our fast. After than We went to a mosque which is fifth important mosque of the Islamic World.

Firstly we attended to the tarawih prayer. The atmosphere was excellent, There were tousands muslims inside and outside. The imam recited koran with a nice influential voice.

Secondly, Theere was an islamic grop, most of them were imams or muezzins ( the person who call azan ) recited Koran and some nasheeds. It feels like you are in a ceremony and can feel the spirit of the holliness.

After that, The imam gave a confrence about the meaning of the night. The language was Kurdish. It was because there are many kurd people live in my hometown.Although I am not a kurd but I can understand almost everything, it is because we have been living with them and we learned that language automaticly.

At the midnight, we prayed a tasbihat pray which was a kinda pray that we say ' subhanallahu walhamdulillahu walailaheillallahu wallahuakbar' for 300 times through the whole pray.

Then, I read some parts of koran and took a nap for about an hour. I met up with my mum and siblings in the middle of the yard of the mosque and we went to a restaurand.There weren't any restaurand Since it was at the aearly hours of the day.So we bought turkish kebap from a ventor, had our sahur and went back to the mosque. we complited our night with praying subuh.

It was our day and night ı mentioned above.

NEBI/PROPHET MOSQUE

It was built in the Akkoyunlular stage at the ends of 15th century and the beggining of the 16th century. According to the minaret inscription, it was built as charity work by the butcher Hajji Husein from Diyarbakır in 1530 This mosque is as known as Nebi or Prophet Mosque in public as the Prophet Muhammed was mentioned '' Kaal en Nebiyyi'' several times in this inscription.The architect of the Mosque is unknown.The mosque was built with black and white hewn stones and it is covered with a pyramid shaped dome.The minaret of the mosque, which was collapsed at the beginings of the 20th century, was removed from its original location placed to its precent location. ( That is the history of the mosque which my latest father was an imam for 10 years.)

It has been 2 days that I have been here in my hometown. I want to share with you a part of my happiness.

What am I doing untill now?

My mum had invited some of our relatives; aunties and their children, Uncle and his family, Grandmother and some of my cousins for having dinner, for breaking fast together.

It is awesome feeling having meal together because I don't come to my hometown so often so that I can only feel that happiness once or twince time in a year. I am sure some of you,who lives far away from his/her family, know what kind of feeling it is.

we went to masjid ,a small kind of mosques,for terawih prayer after we had finished our meal.I didn't like the type of praying because that imam was too fast. He had finished whole terawih within 25 minutes,normally it takes arround an hour.

The next day I met one of my friend, Ramazan and we went to shopping, I bought a blue jean. As I observad the things are more expensive than Istanbul.

On my way to shopping we passed a mosque, it is not a simple one for me because my father was an imam of that historical mosque for about 10 years. I grew up in that district and had millions of memory in every corner of that building. I had touched during the time I have been there. 10 years, it is not a short period of time.

GAZIANTEP CITY and THE 3RD LONGEST PARK OF THE WORLD 1

I wanted to come to my hometown so that I bought a ticket and picked all my belongings up.

Then I suddenly got a call, A clerk from the bus station had told me that the bus which I wanted to travel by had some problems and he had asked me if It is ok I travel the next day. I of course said no because I have already made my plan. So he continued his speech with appologizing from me. I accepted one of his offers. There was a bus which destination was to Gaziantep City that is near my hometown.

My aim was to stay at least one day in Gaziantep because one of my close classmate lives there. I phoned him and he said he would be pleasure if I would be his guest.

The next day, in the morning he came to the coach station and we started to walk arround the city. There was a park which is the 3rd longest park of the world that goes overall the city. Of course we couldn't walk and see the whole parst of it but at least we have been in some sections.

For your information, Gaziantep and my hometown are located in the south east of Turkey.That means the weather of those area are so hot almost for the whole months of the year except the winter season. From that reason ,we prefered to go to my friend Abdullah's home istead of going for a sight-seeing.

GAZIANTEP CITY and THE 3RD LONGEST PARK OF THE WORLD 2

I met his family, brothers and parents. They were all kind persons. His mother cooked delicious meal for dinner. We went to outside after we had broken our fast at Abdullah's home.

That city is famous for Turkish kebap, ıce-cream, baklama ( a kind of dessert ) and peanut.

Abdullah wanted me to taste all of the things but they are very much so that I could only taste Kebap and Ice-cream with peanut. They were so yummy. Abdullah sent me to the coach staion nearly midnight.

That was one of my day I spent Gaziantep City. It was the first time that I have been in that city.

Thanks to him and his family for all the things they had done for me. I love them and appreciate.

LAST DAY OF THE SECOND INTERNSHIP

Two weeks has passed quickly, it was really supper dupper internship in the university.It was both useful and enjoyable. We were 5 friends including me.our superiors came at the second week, the school has already started for them but we are going to start after Ramadan Bayram/Eid. The last day we took some photoes which I shared at the bottom.

I am going to my hometown a few days later. Tonight I am going to Izmir City. Probably I will stay there for 2 days. Untill I come back see you. That's all for today.

CAIN AND ABEL

Based on the biblical story of Adam and Eve’s first two sons, Cain and Abel is about Cain’s jealousy towards his brother Abel. Lee Cho In is a very gifted doctor who has everything that he wants whereas his older brother, Seon Woo, is jealous of all the attention that Cho In receives. Seon Woo blames his brother for taking everything good in his life away from him. Seon Woo blames Cho In for getting their father’s love, getting more recognition as a doctor, and for stealing the woman he loves.

I watched that drama within two weeks. I came across that one while I was searching an interesting medical drama.

First of all, I would like to say that I had touched so much by that drama. It's affected on me because It partly based on a real story. I am sure most of you know Prophet Adam's sons, Cain and Abel,Who are symbol of kindness and badness. So that point made me to interested to watching that drama.

There were so many events betweet two brothers who are neurologist surgeons.Eldest brother who is represented evil did a lot of harmful things to his young brother. At the end, The eldest one who paid his sins by living with a malignant tumor in his brain for the rest of his life.

I loved So ji Sub's acting. Smiling face is fit on him.

THE SECOND INTERNSHIP IN UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL

I started to do my internship yesterday. I got 4 patients but I haven't seen one of them yet.

The 3 of them are neurogenic patients. I have got an 8 years old boy who can not walk and whose lower extremities are week so that he can not walk properly. He is so cute boy, I liked him so much and his parents are respectful to me.

My second patient is a woman who is over 30 years old and who has demyelinate problem for over ten years. She is also can not be able to stand up by her alone. she uses whelchair.

The last one is a woman who has balance problem when she stand up. At least this my patient can stand up by herself but her muscles are week.

I spend almost whole day, I mean the during the working period, I work on them and spend effort to make them able to walk or to make their muscles more stronger. Eventhough I spend long hours whie I am working but it is also fun and memorable working hours because it is also an opportunity to talk to them, to make them happy by helping them or by the feeling we show that they are not alone and they will be able to be more stronger than before.So yeah, when I see the hopeful light from their eyes, I feel so happy, I forget I am fasting or I am tired.

Why do I mention about them. Well, Let's to be honest How many of us think that Allah give us a wonderful body without any ilnesses. How many of us think that what if someday we will be like them.Do we have any guarantee or any assurance. We can walk, we can eat, we can do almost anything we need in a day. But they can not. No matter how you are rich, how you have many many properties, what does that richnesss meaning when you don't have a good health?

She, my patient, had told me yesterday that if she would be cured she would give a big amount of money to the person whom can makes her walk again. That sentence has been echoing in my brain from yesterday. Please Don't get me wrong,I am not thinking of money. It is that I have been thinking about why we normal persons don't think that is the best richness is our healthiness mentally and bodily.We should thanks Allah every single day for everything He gave us.

AREA OF SULTAN AHMET AND THE FIRST DAY OF RAMADHAN IN ISTANBUL

OKAY, TODAY I WANT TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE FIRST DAY OF THE RAMADHAN THAT I HAVE SPENT IN ISTANBUL.

If you live in Istanbul, you must spend at least one of your Ramadhan day in area of Sultan Ahmet, the district where Blue Mosque, Highia Sophia and the other historical place located. Why I recommend you to spend your time there.

Well, it is because you can feel the exact atmosphere of Ramadhan,you can feel the spirit of being a muslim, the spirit of being togetherness.

It is a kinda habit that people come there and break their fast nearby the Blue Mosque. There are also many of food shops are being sold their delicious meal. Eventhough the meals are a little bit expensive but it is worth to taste them and being there. That's why whenever I am free , I want to be there. So did I.I arrived there 3 hours before the break fast time, I prayed in the Blue Mosque as known as Sultan Ahmet Mosque.Walked through the small tracks and took some photoes which you can see at the previous entire.

I wanted to break my fast in the tent which was belong to Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. When I arrived there , I saw too many people are in the queue.I entered that queue too. After a few minutes two South East tourists approached the queue and looked at the crowd with the looking by saying 'what are the people doing here, what they are waiting for' then a woman asked them 'would you like to join us', of course she couldn't speak English nor Korean. It was just saying by her gestures,the body language. That time I was observing them, I mean the people in the queue including that foreigns while I was waiting. Then I decided to talk to them and then I explained what we are waiting for. The dialog was about islam, fasting and Ramadhan. I clarified them simply about the meaning of them and they decided to eat with us even they weren't muslim, so we had the meal together.

After having the dinner, I walked through the main street with them and we talked a little bit more too but that time it was a normal conservation about being in Istanbul. I had recommended some places to them for visiting before I went to my way. The day ended with the terawih pray in the Blue Mosque.

AFTER A LONG TIME...

Hello dear my readers.

It has been so long time, over a month, that I haven’t been written a single word on my blog. Here I will begin to tell what I have done for the last month.

I failed with 2 subjects for the last two semesters that’s why I had applied for summer school. So yeah, I continued that lessons for the past two months and Thank God! I Passed them with the highest marks ( AA ).

During the summer school, I met some of new friends who had come from another Universities. I invited some of them for having diner. It was so good to know them because whenever I want to go to another city, I easily can find friends who can accomodate me or be my tour guide for sight-seeing.

Aside from the summer school, I took care of my job,work as well. I almost every weekend have been in İstanbul for working and come back to Kutahya when I have finished my work.

During the last month, I have learned a lot things about manuel therapy, neuroanatomy and I have revised most of the notes which I have wroted throughout of the year.

So yeah, The summer school has already finished and we are going to start to observe Ramadan Fast tomorrow. I hope this holy month will bring plentifull and the month of Ramadan will be a step for forgiveness of our sins.Do not forget to add me in your prays.

HOSPITAL LIFE

Each of my working day is about 12 hours. Eventhough it is a very busy hospital sometimes we find time to enjoy. There are three photoes were taken while we were at the radiology department. She is my high school mate who works in the same hospital as my colleague.

As you see I had my hairdresser cut my hair. That is my new hairdo. Some of my friends told me that short hair was fit on me '(^_^)'

VACATION MODE

I remember like yesterday the day we came to Kutahya.We had a huge year behind.Even though I hate living in a small city such as Kutahya, The year I spent here gave me so many beautiful memories.

The year started exhaustedly and continued hardly untill at the end of the year.

Search of the house, exercise equipment,cold,snowy and neverending winter, effects of exams, benefit from opportunities in the short out-of-town trips, courses, conferences and congresses…

Within the period of stay in Dumlupınar important events that affect me one; I decided to be an Academician. That is one of my dream I want to be.

School is over and I am enjoying this vacation mode.I hope to sign different activities in the summer season.

IZMIR CITY TOUR

After the meeting for students there was a dinner programme, We were unable to attend becasue of our tiredness.We went to the house which they let us stay for 5 days. We rested at home and slept early.

Second day, we met the other students in the same campus. We traveled arround the city centre. I have already been those places last year in summer. We had luch together, got a chance to know each other. There were 40 students who came from 10 different universities. We share our view on the profession.

We thanged the host university students because of that beautiful experience we have found.

THE SECOND COUNCIL MEETING OF PHYSIOTHERAPY STUDENTS 2

I have been in Izmir for 5 days with my 3 class mates to attend the meeting for physical therapy students. That was the second meeting. First one happened in Denizly last year and remember that I was there. Purpose of this meeting is being together, being a strong creation, that means how we solve our educational and occupational problems.

First day we met in Izmır Dokuz Eylul University campus. Some of doctors gave presentation. I loved one of that so much, it was about 'being a part of health officier in emergency as a pt' it is because I have already has a lot of experiment about emmergency department.

After those presentations, the council students gave information for the last year's activities and then a new council members.were elected.

I am in my bed right now, and I am listening Indian songs while I am updating my blog.

I wanna drop a short entry to mention something about my day. I got up very early arround 4am in the morning. It was because of reviewing the exam notes. it went on till 8.20 and then I went to school. we took the exam.It was kinda so so for me.

After that I went to the bank to withdraw some money.I bought a new packet of contact lenses. I don't want to use my glasses. I fed up wearing them. I think it is better to use contact lenses.

By the way, I couldn't put them on my eyes for 2 months by myself because my eyes were very sensible.As the week passed on,I learned how to control my eyes muscles and luckily now I can use them by myself.

Then I came home and rested for a while. Seyhan and I went to the mosque for praying. We couldn't find any place inside and we prayed outside. Sometimes we muslims pray on the flor nearby mosque/masjid when we can't find any suitable place. So we did it. it was too hot thougt. May Allah accept our worship.

Then Seyhan and I went to bazaar. we bought some grocery. We do it regularly every friday.

I think it is enough for today.I am gonna take a bath and start to study. I will be here sometimes. Miss me guys:)
